Great Deal on gDiapers!

I have always been fasinacted about g-diapers, but once I tried them I was hooked. I just love them and love all the neat colors. I keep on buying more!

Well, since I love them so much I became a gMum, which means I get special coupons to give to friends as well as special coupon codes to get others to save money and buy gdiapers. Right now gdiapers has just started selling cloth inserts for their gdiapers. I bought a pack of them to try and will update once I have tried them out. I usually use prefolds in my gdiapers, which can be a little bulky, but hey it's cheap! is selling a 6 pack of gpants (3 vanilla colored and 3 orange) for $70. That's a great deal, but with my coupon code you can get up to 10 six packs for $40 each. The coupon code is g935Yoder and saves you $30 off each set of 6. If you have ever wanted to try gdiapers, now is the time to do it. I just bought two sets myself even though I already have a bunch.

Robeez Tredz Shoes for $8.99

I just found a great deal on the oh so expensive, but wonderful Robeez Tredz shoes at Ross. They were $8.99 a pair! These shoes are normally around $40. If you're in the market for kids/ baby shoes, be sure to check out your local Ross stores before they sell out. They're in the shoe department on an end cap.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while...

I've just been really busy between going to physical therapy for my knees, taking care of the boys, and trying to find the perfect cloth diapers for my boys.

I just started using Bumgenius One Size Organics and just love them. They are so absorbent and trim fitting, which means I don't have to size up the boys pants (a major plus for me). But they are pretty expensive at $24.95 a piece. Luckily I have found a bunch of them here and there over the last few weeks for less on

If you're into the whole cloth diapering thing I strongly urge you to take a look at Diaper Swappers. I am addicted to it. I check it every day a few times a day to find great deals on diapers I want to try.

I am saving so much money with cloth diapers, not to mention gas, and time!! I'm lovin' it!

Have you tried the Bumgenius OS Organic diapers? I love the snaps, but have a few of each so they are DH friendly!!!

Great Deal on gDiaper Starter kits plus 1 Extra pant

So, I wanted to get some more gDiapers, but the prices of anything but the starter kits were too much. I found this website called Gaiam. It is a green company that sells all kinds of green stuff. Well, they have gDiaper refills (for way too much compared to everywhere else) and gDiaper Starter kits plus. Mr Rebates is giving 10% back, plus has a coupon code to get you free shipping or 15% off. The gDiapers starter kit is on sale for $34.99 and includes 3 gPants, 10 refills, 6 liners, and a swish stick. Great deal given that you get an extra pair of pants, which on would cost you $16.99, plus the extra liners, which are $4.99 for two on Hurry before it's too late.

By the way, the link to Gaiam's gDiapers is

Mr. Rebates

I just started doing a lot of online shopping since I am getting into cloth diapering and you can't get the items you need at a local store. Plus it is hard with the cold and my legs hurting so badly from being hit by a car to take two little kiddos out to the store. So, I found, which gave me $5 just for signing up. Then I started buying stuff I would have bought normally, like a order and got 1% back. Next I found where you get $10 off your first $50 purchase, plus free shipping, plus 9% cash back through Mr Rebates. Now I'm loving it and you will too. I am shopping and getting discounts as well. Give it a try. Please use my email address as your referral. It's

Great Huggies Diaper Deal at Walgreen's

So, have you printed the $5 off on a Huggies gentle care product or the $3 off on a Huggies Natural Fit product? If not, now's the time to head over to http;// and You can print two of each at each website, so that's 8 coupons total.

After that head to Walgreens where you can buy 3 jumbo packs of Huggies diapers for $30 minus the three $5 coupons equals $15 and you'll get $10 back in Register Rewards.

The Crest toothpaste is also a good deal at $2.49 minus a $1 manufacturers coupon, plus you get $1 in Register Rewards.

Great Diaper Deals on gDiaper Starter kits, Huggies, Pampers, and More

I want to start off by saying that's prices are not all that great to start with, but when you get free shipping on any order of $25 or more, plus $5 off a $30 order or $10 off a $50 order, then it is great! To top it all off, is giving you 9% back on orders at You have to open a mrrebates account if you haven't already. I just did it a few weeks ago and boy is it paying off. I got $5 for joining, plus $2.98 for my Children's place order of Spring clothes for the boys.

So say you want to buy Pampers Cruisers, they are $12.99 for a jumbo pack. Size 3 you get 35 diapers. Four packs at $12.99 equals $51.96- $10 (for spending $50 or more)= $41.96. That's before the 9% reward from MR Rebates and the 5% cash back in drugstore dollars.

The deals on Huggies are even better because then you get extra $ off. Like buy a box of Huggies Supreme size 2's (132 ct) at $33.99 -$5= $28.99/ 132= .22 cents per diaper, but that's before the 9% Mr Rebates Reward or taking into account the drug store dollars, which is $1.70 on this item.

They've also got the g-diapers for $14.49 a refill and $28.19 for the starter kits. Buy two starter kits and they're $46 before the 9% rebate.

Kmart's Super Doubling Coupons Again...

So you might ask yourself what this means for me? To me it is an opportunity to stock up on diapers if you use disposibles since they are on sale for $10.99 starting Sunday. Kmart is doubling coupons up to $2, but no internet coupons (sorry!).

It's also a good time to buy Baby Food, soaps, dog treats and many more items.

Great Deal on Cloth Diapers...

So... after all the diaper price increases and diaper count decreases I finally decided to make my move to cloth diapers. I'm only doing it with my 8 1/2 month old for now because I need to use up the rest of my stash of disposibles and I am afraid of how my 2 1/2 year old would react to the change. Plus I think he is almost ready to start potty training.

Last week I started using my cloth diapers. I bought 8 Bum Genius ones. Six from and two from so I could use my $25 giftcard from the Target Marathon pricing error.

Well, now that I know I love them. I realized I need a few more diapers. I love the BumGenius', but I can't stand to pay almost $18 per diaper. Especially when I need about 8-10 more diapers.

I found a great website where they have seconds of the Fuzzi Bunz diapers for $10.95, with the pricing going downward the more you order. It's called Kelly's Closet. The website is Once there place your order and get 5% off by typing in the coupon code trees.

Hope this helps someone.

More Baby Universe deals, but this time on potties!

Can't you tell that I am thinking about potty training?

The Safety First 3 in 1 comfy cushy potty is on sale for $4.99. The shipping is a bit steep at $7 and some change, but it is worth it if you buy a bunch of items and not just this one item.

The baby bjorn little potty chair in pink is on sale for $6.99. You can also get this potty for around $10 at Babies R Us.

The All Star potty seat to be used on top of you regular toilet is on sale for $2.99 and is perfect for any little boy who loves sports.

Deals on Skip Hop Diaper Bags...

So since I no longer carry around a purse with my since I've got two kids, plus all their stuff to carry around I've fallen in love with diaper bags. I absolutely love the Skip hop ones, so I thought I would post about some deals on them since you all know I would never pay full price for anything unless I had to.

The skip hop Dash diaper bag is $24.99-$39.99 on sale, but it's normally a $48.00 bag. I love it in baby blue and red.

The skip hop saddle bag in red is on sale for just $9.99. It makes a great addition to just about any stroller.

The skip hop duo in storm (a blue gray color) is almost half price at $25.99.

Perhas the best deal is on the skip hop double duo deluxe at $19.99. What a deal! Here's the link:

Babies R Us Pampers wipes deal

Through March 4, 2009 when you buy 3 P&G items, includes Pampers boxes diapers and Pampers Value boxes of wipes and Dreft, you get a free $15.00 giftcard. See for details.
Plus right now Babies R Us just mailed out a coupon booklet which started January 30th and goes through February 21st which includes some really good coupons.

$5 off on any 40 load or larger Dreft or Tide
$2 off on Every Value Box of wipes (Pampers, Huggies, and Especially for baby)
$5 off on Every Value Box of Pampers or Huggies diapers

So here's the really good deal on wipes.

Buy 3 Pampers Boxes of diapers at $11.49 each = $34.47
Use the $2 off on each box of wipes coupon= -$6
Use three $0.50 wipes coupons (I have a bunch from buying Pampers jumbo packs of diapers)= -$1.50
So you'll spend $26.97 before taxes on wipes and get a $15 giftcard back

Assuming you buy the Pamper Natural Aloe Unscented or the Baby Fresh scent you'll get 462 wipes per box, so 3*462=1448. Including the giftcard you'll be at $11.97 for these 1448 wipes, which means they cost you $0.008 cents per wipe.

This is a stock up deal. I would even consider spending a dollar on ebay to get the coupon booklet so you can save the $6, which turns out to only be $5 if you spend $1 on the coupon. But it's worth it still.

Now onto the diaper deal. This would be a good time to try to get the Rewards deal where you buy 9 boxes of Pampers diapers get the 10th for free.

$40.69 for a box or diapers- $5 (Babies R Us coupon)- $1 manufacturers coupon= $34.69*3 boxes= $104.07 is the amount you will spend, but you'll be getting back a $15 giftcard for your purchase. Taking the giftcard into account and buying size 3 Cruisers, you'll end up paying $0.1856 cents per diaper. This is a stock-up price for Pampers Cruisers.

Tide is also a decent price since there is a $5 Babies R Us coupon in the booklet. Just remember that you can buy any combination, so say you need diapers, wipes, and laundry detergent you can do that as well instead of stocking up on just 1 item.

Great Deal Online at on the Quinny Zapp Stroller in Black

The Quinny Zapp Stroller in Black, which is normally $239.99 is on clearance for $199.99. So that's a good price and then get 10% more off and you're down to $179.99 for a great stroller. Plus its eligible for a free stroller with purchase. I think its the umbrella kind.

I'm thinking about trying out gDiapers...

I've been fascinated with them for a while, but the price is definately detering me. I even went as far as to call dGiapers and ask them if they have any coupons, but I got the good old song and dance that they are a small company of 15 employees and they can't afford to give out coupons. But there are so good deals on sometimes.

So last week when I was at Babies R Us I looked at the gDiapers and they looked so neat to me. I really wanted to buy them, but I have always used disposibles and my hubby might not understand, plus I feel like it defeats my objective of saving money on diapers. The refills are 32 cents a piece the best way I can figure out to do it. That's like twice the price I pay for diapers at a minimum. Maybe someone can help me figure out a way to do it.

I even looked on ebay at buying the diaper part used, but they seemed like they were selling for almost the retail price. Which is bad for me, but might be good if I tried them and then didn't like them because then I could resell mine and get back most of my money.

Maybe someone else has an idea on these.

Britax Deals of a Lifetime...

Here are the best deals I am finding on Britax carseats since it seems so many people want them. I have four and love them dearly. So if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment and I will get back to you.

Albee Baby also has the Marathon in Graystone for $229.99.

The Marathon in Ashley Floral is $179.99. Perfect for a little girl.

The Marathon in Brooke is $189.99. Another girly print. I like this one better than the Ashley Floral, but that's just me. I'm a pink girl.

The Roundabout is $159.50 in Bridgestone.

And the Roundabout in Latte is $159.99.

Great Deal on Pampers, Bounty Basic, and Pampers Wipes at Target...

I was picking up a few things today at Target when I stumbled upon a great deal on a bunch of value packs of different items. There was a sign at my Target for 15% off on value packs.

I found some Pampers Baby Dry for $21.24 (after the 15% off), plus when I went to the checkout counter I found out there was a $10 giftcard given when you bought two. In size 3, you get 120 diapers. This makes them a great deal. I'm stocking up since this is the best diaper deal since July.

I also found Bounty for $9 something for 18 rolls. Pampers wipes are $16.99 (down from $19.99). The counts were 924 wipes in unscented or Baby Fresh. I love Baby Fresh wipes.

Good Deal on Britax Decathalon Carseat

The carseat is on sale for $219.99. This is a $294.99 car seat. I love mine and you will too.

Get it here for a great price.

The Best Infant Carseat Carrier Out

By Joey and Jonathan's Mommy from Baltimore, MD on 1/12/2009

5out of 5

Age: Newborn

Gift: No

Pros: Easy to Adjust, Easy to install, Comfortable, Easy to Clean, Sturdy, Great Features

Cons: Heavy

Best Uses: Infants, Toddlers, Newborn, Preemies

Describe Yourself: Parent of Two or More Children

I bought this carseat in 2006 for my first son. I was able to use this seat until he got to be 15 months old at which point he outgrew it by height limits. I loved having a carrier that lasted so long. I have to admit that by the time my son was 23 lbs at 15 months the seat was heavy, but it was great still. Now I'm using it for my second son and it's still working just as good as new. I love the way the seat installs with the latch system and the lock off feature to keep the seat buckled tight into the car. I also have a Graco Snugride and if I were buying all over again I would just spend the extra money to get two Safeseats. I swear by mine. It really helps since you can keep your baby rear facing extra time and then buy a front facing convertible seat.

I am sorry for not posting any good deals recently. On Wednesday December 31st, I was walking out of a restaurant on my way to our families SUV when I was hit by a car. I was hit twice so hard that I was pushed into the building. Needless to say I am hurt badly and will not be able to drive let alone shop, so my deals will be little to none for a while. Please say a prayer for me and my two boys. They did not deserve for their mothers helping them to be taken away for a while.
